Villa YukiSan is a newly-renovated Hatfield cottage.

The cottage retains its charm as a small house in a secluded suburb of Pretoria.

There are 8 rooms on the premises, suitable for either student accommodation or for short- / long-term self-catering rental. Each room comes with facilities en-suite and is self-catering, with its own alarm and outside entrance, and there is secure parking on the premises. There is also a swimming pool.

Accommodation will be available in both Villa YukiSan and Thaba ’Nchu Villa during the 2010 Fifa World Cup Soccer.
